university
- Min. 2 year experiences in same position
- Able to conduct and make interpretation psychological
testing
Hard worker, able to work in team, Communicative, good
attitude
- Good communication skill in English (Oral & Written)
- Computer and Microsoft office literate.
- Preferably live in Samarinda or Balikpapan

- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Conduct for Psycho Test and Interview
- Researches and recommends new sources for active and
passive candidate recruiting
