• Age Maximum 40 years old.
• Minimum D3/S1 with good academic record.
• Have an experiences minimum 3 years.
• Manage and develop manpower in branch office within regional coverage.
• Responsible to regional sellout, employee performance (product knowledge, selling selling skill), program socialization.
• Update grading and certification of employee.
• Develop and maintain hard skill and soft skill employee.
• Implement & control promotor/MD, front liner, dealer about program & knowledge.
• Increasing sales & market share
• Maintain regional operation KPI
